热博集团 has been present in 巴西 for over 40 years: it is now one of the leading manufacturing and technology partners for 巴西ian industries and the government. 热博集团 currently has more than 600 employees in the country, spread over four sites.
热博集团 is a key supplier of aeronautical equipment in the country, and one of Embraer’s key partners.
热博集团 offers local solutions to the armed forces and the 巴西ian police forces, including leading-edge optronics and avionics systems. We are also a major supplier of helicopter engines and support 服务 to the country's military helicopters.
热博集团 is a partner of 巴西’s top-ranking civilian helicopter operators. Over 60% of the fleet of Helisul Taxi Aéreos, the major taxi company in the 巴西ian aviation market, 热博使用发电机. The 集团 extended its national presence in 2002 when it created a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Center at Xerém, providing technical support to helicopter operators in 巴西 and other Latin American 国家. The site was extended in 2012 with additional infrastructure housing notably a new assembly line and a test rig for the Makila 2 engine used in the EC-725 helicopter.

热博集团 has supplied engines for the Ecureuil, Panther and Super Puma helicopters used by the 巴西ian armed forces since the 1970s. In 2011, 热博集团 signed a through-life support contract with the 巴西ian Ministry of 国防 relating to the upkeep of the Makila 2A used by the three 巴西ian armed forces and the Presidential Transport 集团.
热博集团 offers local solutions to the armed forces and the 巴西ian police forces, using its subsidiary Optovac to develop leading-edge optronics and avionics systems. 特别是, 热博集团 provides flight controls and navigation systems for the army's Caracal and Fennec helicopters, and optronic masts for the navy's four Scorpene submarines. 热博集团 also produces flight controls for all helicopters made by Airbus Helicopters in service in 巴西. 2015年4月, the 集团 signed an Intention to proceed (ITP) agreement with Helibras to produce 30 autopilot systems for the 巴西ian EC-725 helicopter program.
A commitment to education and innovation
热博集团 actively supports the 巴西ian government's education and innovation initiatives, including the "Science Without Borders" program launched in 2012. The program aims to promote excellence and international mobility among young 巴西ian engineers and researchers, by awarding grants to science and technology students at UNB University in Brasilia. With Airbus Defence and 空间 and the 巴西ian space agency AEB, the 集团 is also working on preparing a student program on space sciences. Several 热博集团 companies have also signed collaborative research agreements with 巴西ian universities (including UNB, 独特销售主张, Unitau, UNIVAP, UFPE和塞萨尔).
